These people are the best! We had a problem with our Transit Van RV. The service dept and Tracy got on right away found the problem and fixed it. I drove two hours to see a truck. It was raining and they pulled into the service bays early in the afternoon so it be dry for us to have a look. Ryan and Richard stayed two hours pass close on a Friday night. It was truly a pleasure to do business here. I highly recommend you visit these guys for your next purchase.

Great place! Vanessa the young lady in service kept me informed and helped me out when I had to bring my truck in from another mechanic who had screwed it up. She kept me up to date on what was going on and documented everything I asked her to document and take pictures of. They got my truck taken care of and fixed properly. Highly recommend them, and Vanessa as well!

"The Works" service was done in a timely manner as I waited for my vehicle to be finished. Afterwards, the Service Manager explained to me upcoming work which would need to be performed but did not push me to have the work done immediately. That was greatly appreciated.

I went to a few dealerships in town on a whim to try to locate a vehicle that would be a little better for me and my family, and Brandon Winfrey from Lou Fusz Highland was hands down the most communicative and kind person I spoke to that day. He never interrupted me, listened to my concerns and seemed genuine about finding potential savings for me while in my search. Being a salesmen, I know his ultimate goal is to make a sale, but even with that notion I never felt overly pressured or condescended. And while I didn't end up purchasing a car due to monetary reasons, the interactions I had with Brandon (and one of his supervisors?) were very refreshing. I would highly recommend speaking with him if you ever visit this location, and are looking for a salesperson who won't talk down to you or dismiss your concerns and opinions. Brandon was 10/10 customer service!

I was looking at a truck on the lot and Ryan Grotefendt came out to see if I needed any help. I told him I dont wanna spend all day at the dealer so he worked fast to get me an offer on my trade while i drove the one i was looking at. After the test drive i went home and did everything over the phone and only went back to sign final papers and leave with the new truck. Everything was easy, fast and went smooth. I even got a call aftwards just to check in and make sure everything was good. If your at Ford in highland ask for Ryan, he made everything easy and fast.
